Trigger: Call EndedCopied!

You can choose to subscribe to an agent. When you do that, all calls passed through this agent will trigger Zapier. To enable this here are the steps:

1. Login to Zapier and search for Olivya.

2. Choose which agent you want to subscribe to.

3. Test the trigger.

Action: Place A CallCopied!

You can place a call directly from Zapier. To enable this here are the steps:

1. Make sure to have your agent set up

2. In from number, choose your number from the list.

3. Next, put the To Number in the form +(ext code)(number) ie: +447000000000

4. Then choose if you want to wait for the call to end or not. If you do that, you will be able to use the End-of-call report in the next zap.

5. Finally, you can add additional data if you have {{ variables }} in your system prompt or first message.
