Check and analyse the passed calls

When in the Call Logs page, you can choose which call you want to analyse. There are two tables available there, General and Transcript:

In General you will see information about the call such as Direction, Status, etc… and you will also see the summary. You can also modify the summary prompt if you are looking for a particular structure or information in your summary prompt. To modify it, please check the Agents page.
