How to create and launch campaigns
We’re still building campaigns, but in the meantime, you can Batch Call. Here’s how to do it:

Create a campaign

Choose the phone number (and agent) which you want to call with

Click Download Starter CSV

In the CSV file, add the headers and values you want. The headers are dynamic values, which means that they can be used in the First Message and System Prompt by including them in brackets. ie:
When you use dynamic values, make sure the agent is only selected in Outbound, not in Inbound, or else your agent will not have the dynamic info for the call and there will be gaps in your First Message or System Prompt
