The easiest way to test your agent is to Place A Call:

1. Choose which number you want to call with, you will see the selected agent between parentheses

2. Type the phone number you want to call, and click Call.

3. Wait until the user answers, you will see the live transcript updating as the user speaks

4. You can optionally Transfer or Hang Up the Call to your phone number. This is the phone number you have entered when you first created your account. To modify this number, you can go to Settings.
